First off, all the best wishes for 2025!
I've started working today after the holidays and the first thing I did was remove the Autodesk software and then .NET core completely and then reinstalled everything.
Unfortunately this also didn't work.
I'm now in contact with our IT department to turn of antivirus to check if this works.
I've installed it on a 3rd non-development station with also the same results.
