Are you still experiencing this issue?

 

This error can occur if the time set on your machine too far out of sync with the internet time. If so, could you try solving after you've made the following change?

 

Windows:

  • Start > Settings > Time & Language > Date & time > Set time automatically > On

Mac:

  • System Preferences > Date & Time > Set time and date automatically > On

If you're still having issues, please email the diagnostic log files to hugh.henderson@autodesk.com when you see this error, and we'll investigate it further.

  • Help pull-down > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log Files
