Most likely you will have to end up modeling it yourself.. In addition because you are using such a legacy version of Inventor it will be hard to find data that even matches that 8yr old version.
Have you asked the vendor to supply you with dimensional data or a model? I always used the wording.. Well I need your model for a design I'm working on, If you can't share the information with me I guess I will find another vendor..
Sometime it works and other times it doesn't..

Tried the vendor with no success.
STEP files .stp work just fine with my Inventor version

Do you have an existing anchor post to work from? Not sure of your aim but maybe look into Remake.
