Launching Error AutoCAD 2020 (Student Version)

Hi,

I am having some issues regarding the launching. After successful installation, whenever I launch the program for the first time, I get this error message and then it aborts the launch.

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434352h exception at F3148B9Ch

1. I didn't have the chance to activate the product with the serial number (Standalone).

2. I recently formatted my pc, where I had installed this exact version and it ran perfectly. I only mention this, in case there is a conflict in licensing.

3. I tried clean unistallation and re-installation but no success. I have sent an error report to Autodesk, but they haven't responded yet.

4. My pc runs Windows 8.1 (x64)

Does anybody know how to proceed? Thanks in advance!

1st test =  Log onto the machine as a different user and try to launch it.

I signed in as guest and launched autocad, but still showed the sam error. I also have tried to ''reset settings to default'' and it didn't work.

I worked on some updates and then restarted the pc and that seems to have worked! It runs perfectly now. Thanks!!
