"The system cannot open the device or file specified"
I do not have Trend Micro and have cleared the temp folder. This is still not working. Any suggestions?

posting a random error message doesn't give anyone enough information to begin to help.
Please, detail what you are trying to do, how you are trying to do it, along with software version and service pack level, OS being used, and the hardware you are running on.

We actually use Trend Micro and we've never even seen this problem: sure is a generic diagnosis of your problem.
