Fillet does not work properly
Occasionally, when attempting to fillet two perpendicular lines, an additional fillet appears to the side connected by creates horizontal lines. What could be causing this and how can I avoid it in the future?

Are they, in fact Lines, [i.e. Line entities ]? That looks like Filleting the corner of a 3D Solid.

… or maybe you have a current entity THICKNESS setting other than zero, so the Arc resulting from Filleting two Lines has thickness, and you're not in plan view....
