Hi all,
I've searched all over the internet for a fix. I thought my problems would be solved by logging into A360
and installing the hotfix. Neither of these widely advised solutions have done the trick for me. I've cleared the temp files, i've pretty much done every fix suggested on the forum.
This is what I get.
Has anyone managed to get the map to show?

Hi,
what happens if you
- login to your system with a new Windows user account?
- when you connect your workstation with another connection to Internet (e.g. using your mobile phone)

I managed to solve this by opening the drawing in Civil3D and editing the drawing settings - specifically the Coordinate System - I changed it to UKOOA. This enables geolocation in the drawing. You can close the drawing and reopen in AutoCAD
