Hardware aceleration problem

I seem to have problem when the hardware aceleration is turned on, as shown in the pictures below. It is like the bottom half of the screen dissappears, when i use the mouse to pan the position of the disappearing lines stays constant on the screen.

 

I have reinstalled autocad which didn't work, so i removed it and downloaded the latest version which also had no effect. it also does this on different autocad files not just this one.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

Is your video card in the compatibility list for AutoCAD ?

Are all AutoCAD updates installed?
Are the latest video card drivers installed?

Hi,

Yes the graphics card is a Nvidia Quadro P2000 which is on the list, I have just updated the driver to the latest and it seems to have stopped the disappearing line problem but now there is a blue panel which keeps flashing up as shown in the picture below.6456546546.JPG
