When I use a hatch on the layer, the hatch that shows is from a different layer. It does not matter witch layer I choose for a hatch, he's always going back to one layer, witch the layer is stucked. Do you now a solution?

Looks like you have set HPLAYER to this one layer, not to user "current layer" (>>>details<<<).

I believe @Alfred.NESWADBA may have identified your problem. The system variable that he suggests should help.
In case you would like to see where this variable is controlled in the GUI...
Ribbon...
Legacy Hatch Dialog...
