how to make multi-leader paralle to be parallel to the screen?
When the multi leader first being created, the UCS is not parallel to the screen. For now, how to rotate thousands of multi-leaders to make it parallel to the screen? Thanks.

Perhaps investigate XLINE and with the UCS at
the desired rotation and orthomode on, insert
this xline at the naive where the landing segment
of the leader meets the extension. From there
use the grip menu of the leader (highlight the leader).

Set the UCS to view. Open properties palette. Select all multileaders and set rotation to 0. Set UCS to previous.
