Autodesk has a recommended procedure for uninstalling and that program is not a part of the procedure.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

When my IT guys create deployments, a sub folder gets created called "SMS_SCCM scripts" which has a TXT file on how to create a BAT file (from another TXT file present in the same folder) that removes all the straggler components from an uninstall.

It worked well for me when I had to reinstall Civil 3D when an update corrupted my installation.

Try looking for this folder and read the README file.

Friend, your Windows OS installer is trying to tell you that your 3rd party uninstaller left a lot of garbage in the Windows Registry that it cannot overcome on its own.

1. Through that 3rd party app in the trashcan.
2. search Microsoft for alternate to the old fixit tool that used to address these problems.
3. Use the painful processes listed here to clean up the rest of your system https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/remove-windows-prod...

Or just reimage your PC if your I.T. is that well organized.
