Create a standards DWS file from a template that has everything you want and nothing you do not.
Then use CHECKSTANDARDS command with that DWS file in your problem DWG, go through the steps, it will be gone.

Probably best if you AUDIT, PURGE and QSAVE your problem DWG file before you do that of course.
