Hatch with transparency plotting issues

Dear AutoDesk community,

I'm trying to print a document that has a hatch with transparency, but there's a difference between the preview on the screen and the result, see attached documents. I use AutoCAD 2017 for Mac, the hatch consists of a linear gradient with two Pantone colors with transparency at 60% and on the page's set up the "Print transparency" box is checked.

Looking forward to hearing your answers receive my regards,

Alvaro

Hi,

I guess you are referring to layout C512, is that correct?

For me the PDF looks ok (please find attached), however ...

  • I don't have a Mac, so I used the Windows version, and used the device "AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation).pc3"
  • I don't have your plot style "V_Arquitectura_1.50.ctb" ... so my system can't see these settings.

As you are using Mac and the print to PDF is different working on a Mac compared to Windows I would recommend to ask in the "AutoCAD for Mac" forum >>>there<<<.
