STOP SCREAMING, thank  you.

Your Version (2020) is fine, but i guess you are using the wrong program.

We can not know what you need or want-

MEP ?

REVIT?

Bill of Material sounds like MECHANICAL

Hi and Welcome to AutoCAD Forum,

>>BUT NOW I CANT FIND ANY SUCH TOOL BAR IN MY AUTOCAD.

make sure that your MENUBAR system variable = 1  then from upper menu bar  Tools ( tab ) >> Toolbars ( AutoCAD ) select what you need .

Command: MENUBAR
Enter new value for MENUBAR <0>: 1

Quite a hillarious thread @cadffm  & @RobDraw Emoticono muy feliz

The bill of materials may not be present in Vanilla AutoCAD probably AutoCAD Mechanical/Electrical or AutoCAD Plant 3D. Confirm from the training program you attended whether they were using plain (vanilla) AutoCAD or the above mentioned.

Your course is not for plain AutoCAD2020, find out what exact variant of AutoCAD2020 they are teaching you on, I suspect it is this https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/screencast/Main/Details/c7b9fe7d-6e16-40d5-b3e6-55...

You probably need one of the verticals https://www.autodesk.com/products/autocad/included-toolsets

Someone must have gotten offended by the image I posted.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
