Only Snap?
Say, if you were to draw a polyline, is there an option to snap to only to snap objects? Wherein, even if you selected a point out in space, the line would snap to the nearest node/endpoint/etc?

That depends on your osnap settings.
You can set your osnap to say only intersections, or only nodes, or none.
Or you can set your osnap to multiple or all settings to snap to.
Your cursor will need to be in some proximity to snap to whatever setting you have.
And that is regardless if you're drawing a polyline, just just plain line segments.

Yes ... you can snap to the nearest osnap that your cursor near to . from OSNAP command you can select your needed ones that serve your issue .

Only if some Osnappable location is within the Osnap target area. The size of that is in the APERTURE System Variable. If you don't see a dotted-square "target" when a point is being asked for, change the APBOX System Variable to 1 to make it visible. Set that to a much larger value than the default of 10, and you'll "catch" Osnappable locations from farther out in space, but still only within the range of the Aperture value, and the largest value you can give it is 50 [not "infinite"]. Beyond that, it will always use the cursor location itself. [After all, what if there's nothing drawn yet? What should it do then, in your requested scenario?]
