Thank you, that made it more clear.
If you move the text of a dimension then the dim-line is made longer then the text, I guess to make sure all text has a dim-line under itself. Sorry to not know if there is a parameter for that in the dimension-style, at least I have not found one.
I would not know a workaround (as long as you need to do this with dimensions) than measure the length of the overshoot (which is 45 in your objects (not tested all)) and move the text-grip point back by that length.
