3D model image vs actual

I just upgraded to 2019.  Now, a lot of times when I modify a 3D model (rotate, change size, move) it will change the image, but then the actual model is not where the image is.  I do not know how else to explain it.  I have attached two screenshots.  One is the image.  The other is me selecting the image and where the piece actually is highlights in blue.

I have tried purging.  I do not know what else to do.  This happens constantly.  I end up having to delete the part that did not function correctly and remodel it.  This is taking a lot of time.  Please help.  Thanks.

Select all the solids in the drawing go to properties and OFF the history and Try using BREP command on all the solids in the drawings.

currently I don’t have access to my computer so I don’t remember exactly what it is mentioned in the properties, basically “don’t record the history”

That looks like the "glow' effect when highlighting. I've seen where objects highlighted with this effect show offset from their true position. I turned it off almost immediately when I ran into it. This is on 2015. Changing SELECTIONEFFECT variable to 0 will disable the glow.

Hi,

>> I just upgraded to 2019

Have you installed the updates too?

If you start command _ABOUT you should see release 2019.1.2 ... if not, use Autodesk Desktop App to find and install the updates.
