At least in my situation, it didn't help. I have had this issue since ACAD 2017 and running 2018 right now. If the hardcopy logs would actually have information about an issue or error, I could try to work towards a fix. The logs are always blank, and as h.sullivan said, there are logs all over our server folders. Monthly I go thru and search and delete them. You would think that we aren't the only ones with this issue.
