Break at Point
Hi,
as showing in the attached image, few continuous lines are flowing on panels, now I want to create individual files for each rectangular box with the green lines on it. I tried using "Break at Point" it is taking very long time to break the lines at every junction. Any easy ways?

There's a lisp on www.swamp.org that might be useful - lots of different options for breaking objects at intersections.
You'll need to register for the website but it's free.
Breaking lines shouldn't normally take very long though - is this drawing particularly slow when you're doing other things or is it just breaking that's slow?

Why not use BOUNDARY command? Look up usage in HELP.

Thanks for your reply. i will try the software you mentioned.
for this current job I have to cut each junction of green line and rectangle for this job alone I have to use Break at Point command around 400 times, i believe this could be done bit easily.

What do you mean "individual files"? Like WBLOCK out the rectangle and the green line out as a separate dwg file? Then what is the file name pattern? "Rectangle1.dwg"?
