Hotfix installed - problem still exists. What now? After this hotfix failure, I went back and did an installation repair on all pieces of the Building Design Suite we subscribe to with FULL tech support subscription. Redid this "hotfix" - doesnt work - problem still persists. I did a "reinstall" from the control panel - verified the DLL - replaced it with the one provided. Still no joy. Problem persists. Its been 11 days of transferring files from server to local as the work around. Any other suggestions?
