My blocks are solid colors,,when I copy or move it over a wht background jpeg or pdf in the drawing they change to different colors ..how do I change the negative color...ie   blue block,,,,the yellow negative is too light to see when moving or copying over jpeg?

Is your block's content set to BYLAYER or BYBLOCK?

?color changes regardless what the layer setting is , it not permanent change, just changes when block is hovering over a white background jpeg/pdf, once you place the block it is blue.

maybe its a graphics card thing?

No color changes happen here at all when I drag a colored block over a white-background PDF, so back to my question... .

Or... select your PDF, open PROPERTIES and change the entry ADJUST COLORS FOR BACKGROUND to yes.
