I need to insert an Excel .xlsm file as shown in the attachment with the Headers showing over each column.. The spreadsheet currently is an OLE object, Embedded, and has Headers over each segment or spreadsheet view. I'll need 4 to 6 total columns on 2 to 3 sheets with the same header over each column as in the spreadsheet the rows are under the same Header columns. I am able to get the spreadsheet in using Edit/Paste but can only get the header over the 1st insertion. I am also to change the scale but am not able to match the text size to get 2 columns on each 24 x 36 sheet. Also, if possible I would like the link to be dynamic. I've also tried Datalink and Table commands.

Try the following and see if it helps.
- In Excel use freeze panes to fix the header at the top no matter how far down you scroll.
- Select the range of cells for your page 1 and copy to clipboard.
- In AutoCAD right-click and do Paste Special and select Paste Link to enable the pasted table to be updated when changes are saved in Excel.
- To select a range that starts in a row not near the top, select and hide (right-click to see the hide option) the rows above it you do not want (except for the header rows) before selecting the cells you want. YOu should now be able to select the header rows and rows further down the spreadsheet with getting the intermediate rows.

This works great with the exception that when I hide the rows in Excel from a previous insertion set the rows also disappear in the dwg. I had to insert them with Paste instead of Paste Link. Do you know a way to avoid that? Thank you very much either way!
