Multiple selection Autocad 3D ?

Hi, everybody,
I have a simple question that would help me enormously.

Is there any way to select all the elements of a face?

Normally I work with more complex geometries coming from other programs where I have to select many faces.

I'm only interested in selecting all the elements from the top or bottom.

thank you very much

Try this,

Switch to a side view, Select 'Edge' in the Ribbonpanel Selection from 'Mesh' Tab.

Use a closed selection box and select only the Bottom and/or top edges.

Use the Viewcube to rotate the view and only the top and/or bottom faces are selected. (all with the 'Edge' grips)
You can now move the faces to a new location.
