Welcome to the Autodesk Community, and thank you for posting your question here in the AutoCAD forum!
I would recommend first turning off hardware acceleration, like @alex101000 recommended. I would also suggest checking that your screen resolution is set to the recommended setting, as that can sometimes cause scaling issues. You can also try turning off DPI scaling, by doing the following:
- Close all instances of AutoCAD
- On the desktop, right-click on the AutoCAD icon
- Select Properties
- On the Compatibility tab, uncheck Override high DPI scaling behavior
- Click OK, launch AutoCAD, and test again
