AutoCAD 2019.1.1 Update ACCORE.DLL
It appears there is a problem with the new file ACCORE.DLL
after replacing the file as the instructions say.
AutoCAD 2019 will not start and gives this Error

Are you certain that you downloaded the right one (32 vs 64 bit, or AutoCAD vs LT) As they are all on the same page.

Yes. 2019.1.1 64bit
And my file was older than the new one 23.0.46.00
Only replace if the old one was older than then new one 23.0.152.02

.46 sounds like you dont have the 2019.1.1 update even installed, as it should have been .152 at that point.
can you confirm 1.1 is installed via the about dialog box?
