I played with a variety of viewers and I don't feel as they are going to work well enough in this process for you.
For instance, the furniture in the drawings are blocks and consist of solids. Without exploding the block, the viewers cannot readily obtain the geometric information in a useful way.
Of course on a simple round top, a straight dimension will give you a radius. This will not work on the elliptical solid of the longer conference table.
Since this collection of blocks is in 3D I suspect that even AutoCAD LT will not suffice as it is really intended to work with 2D information.
Now I did try Fusion 360 with your file and it does handle all the geometry quite well so that might be a consideration if the cost is low enough for you. You might grab a a free 30-day trial to see if it does what you are seeking.
Another option on the Inventor side of this equation might include the free Inventor View application.
