Not really, by default AutoCAD works with the same Z-orientation as ReCap.

But if you think the pointcloud is rotated in AutoCAD you can use ROTATE3D (or 3DROTATE) to reorient the pointcloud.

You might also look to the import of your native pointcloud data into ReCap.

 

From your previous screenshot I can't identify if the pointcloud is oriented well or not.
