I CAN'T GET FONTS TO SHOW UP.

Looking to your text-styles there are a lot of SHX files missing (normal and big font).
I would suggest you go through the text-style dialog (command _STYLE), step through each style, look which fonts are missing and copy these fonts to the current font folder (for SHX files).

you forgot to copy the fonts you have and use from 2012 into 2019: shx fonts are not Windows based so they are not system fonts, but application specific (in this case they are hiding under 2012).
