Hi @Anonymous,
It sounds as if your DWG to PDF is damaged. I have attached mine from AutoCAD 2017. It should be placed in a location similar to this one:
C:\Users\vellekj\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2017\R21.0\enu\Plotters
