Thanks for flagging this up.
I would like to know more about the version of AutoCAD that is used and the system environment. I remember that the issue was in AutoCAD 2017. Is it still the case?
From the screenshot <HardcopyError.JPG>, I can see that you get a common error message. It is also mentioned that the plotter is HP DesignJey 500.pc3. Is it the plotter that is not available?
