How come I cannot delete this viewport?

Today , I assist my colleague to keep on doing his project but he has already setted A4 sheet and viewport , I want to change it to A3 and scale the drawing to 1:100 ,  I found this A4 viewport who was setted by my colleague was concealed , when I found it , it was refused my delete action . I have no idea what happen , thx~

Make sure you stay in paperspace, command: pspace<enter>

Unlock all involved Layer, For you: Unlock ALL Layers

-LAYER<enter>

unlock<enter>

*<enter>

<enter>

 

Erase the Viewort.

HI,

as seen in your image .... i suggest to use PSPACE command while you're in a layout to switch from model space in a layout viewport to paper space. then you can erase it .
