Customizable Ribbon Panels

This is something I would like to do for my job. I have created many blocks of API flanges, both Thru Bolt and Studded.

I'm not sure if this is possible but I have tried and can't figure it out.

What I would like to accomplish is make a Tab called  "API Flanges". under this have two columns, one called "Thru-Bolt" and the other "Studded". these are for the Thru bolted flanges and the studded flanges.

When I click on "Thru-Bolt" I would like a drop down menu to call out the pressure ratings, 2000 psi, 3000 psi, 5000 psi, 10000 psi. When I click on "2000 psi" I would like a pull out showing the flange sizes like 2-1/16", 2-9/16", 3-1/8", 5-1/8", etc.... and when I click on the size like "2-1/16", I would have a macro like "^C^C-Insert c:/work/flanges/2_1_16-2k.dwg" so it will allow me to insert this flange.

I have tried pull down menus but for some reason some of the menus disappear when I close AutoCAD and reopen even though I do save my workspace.

I have also tried Tool Palletes which are docked on the side but most of the guys here like the Ribbons that are on top so I have been ask to try to fix this so it will work.

I have two types of flanges, 1: Thru Bolt and 2: Studded.

With each pressure rating like 2,000 psi, there are several size flanges assosiated with this like 2-1/16" and 2-9/16" and 3-1/8" and 5-1/8".....etc...

Would you know if this would be possible to set up using the Ribbons.

Thank you so much for any advice as I am at a loss trying to figure something out.
