Hi @Anonymous,Thanks for the confirmation on the hardware configuration. Please try the steps I suggested and report back with the results.
On the client side, you might also run with a Diagnostic startup (MSCONFIG) to turn off everything possible to see if there are any conflicts. Try turning off (temporarily) the UAC, and security software and the Windows Firewall.
