FIRST - we need to see the CTB file you are using. That will override anything you are trying to do. NEXT - Your modelspace will exaggerate lineweights based on your zoom scale - layouts will show you exactly how they will plot out. All of your color lines are listing as 0.30mm lineweight - which is what they display in layout view (0.30mm is 0.01"). Make sure that "PLOT OBJECT LINEWEIGHTS" is selected in your plot dialog. If you zoom in very close in a plot preview you will see the difference when you toggle that setting. You can see in this image that your lineweights are coming through but I'm zoomed in pretty close. 0.30mm is not a thick lineweight. Default is typically 0.25mm
