Thanks for all your help.

 

She says she is still having issues but hasn't tried all our steps yet. I also recommended sharing the printer from her computer that does not have Autocad and letting the autocad stations pick that printer to print from rather than installing themselves. I'll let you know when we find a permanent solution. 

 

You said you might contact her next week to follow up. Maybe do that and see if anything has been resolved as well.
