Hi @Anonymous,
I connected with your customer this morning and she indicated that she couldn't duplicate the problem on a couple of machines! She also indicated that some of the non-CAD machines were having problems with it installed too.
I suggested that she temporarily disable their anti-virus software and also to try a PCL5 version of the driver. She will also configure the driver to print directly to the printer (no spooling) and will also check the security settings to add Manage the printer for the Everyone group.
