Typically this error message is related to a .NET Framework error.  I suggest trying the Repair tool for .Net and then possibly installing .Net Framework 4.7.2

 

Beyond that, can you describe your printer environment for me?  Do you print through a print server or straight to the IP of the Kip? Are you using any print management software?

 

I assume that you have been printing normally up until recently. What has changed in your environment?
