I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

If this problem still exists, please use the Windows Snipping Tool to do the screen capture and then attach the resulting PNG file. Unfortunately, I am not able to read anything from your PDF.

 

Is this error appearing with every drawing?  What version of AutoCAD are you using? Are you able to print to the KIP from other applications?
