A third case has been created per your recommendation. The old case said it would automatically reopen if I added more information, but that has not been true as far as I can tell, as it still reports it as closed to me.
One further item of note: in working with AMD tech support, they said it is not an issue with their drivers; they also suggest it being an AutoCAD issue.
