I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

 I am not aware of any specific issues with the Ricoh driver.  What operating system are you installing into?

 

Current drivers are available here and you might also check the printer firmware too.

 

With this driver on your system, does AutoCAD not launch at all? Can you print to this device from other applications?
