why sometimes my crosshair is in white without identification of x and y axis, but sometimes 1 axis is in red while the other one in green? thx

I believe the default is to show the colored crosshairs when you are not in WCS.
Options > 3D Modeling tab

Not quite -- I believe it's when you're not in Plan view, regardless of what coordinate system you're in.
