Hi @AEC_Cadd,
OK, then the problem is not likely the plotters but rather your installation of AutoCAD 2019. Is it able to produce a PDF using one of the built in PDF drivers? If not, I would Try a Reset Settings to Default. If that does not work then I suggest a clean uninstall and reinstall.
