I will go ahead and run the updates for both Windows and AutoCAD. 

 

As far as the user logon, I basically built a PC from scratch and had one of the users logon to it with a new profile. They still experience the same problem.

 

As far as the second step, I'm not sure I've did that. Is there a tutorial on how I can verify that?
