File Explorer crashes in Windows 10 when AutoCad is installed
Having an annoying issue with some engineering systems randomly closing File Explorer windows that are viewing a certain network drive in Windows 10. A user doesn't even have to have AutoCAD open, and this behavior still happens. I've tried reinstalling a system fresh with Windows 10 and updated it to 1709 and then did a new install of AutoCAD 2018 hoping to fix this issue, but it returned after the user started using the system again. I know it has something to do with AutoCAD because none of our other systems without AutoCAD installed have this issue. Anyone else had this happen or more importantly know a solution to fix it?
