AutoCAD 2015 x64 SP2 Ortho (F8) freeze

I am having issue using F8 (Ortho) in a transparent command. It freezes. Set TEMPOVERIDDES from 1 to 0 can resolve the issue, but loosing temporarily shift control of Ortho.

OS is Win 10 pro, wireless key board, wired mouse. AutoCAD 2018 on the same computer works just fine.

Installed MNFR wireless keyboard driver, issue remains.

This is a known issue:

With 2015, there isnt another option than to turn off tempoverrides.

When I connect the computer via VPN and launch AutoCAD 2015 remotely, no freeze issues with F8. The remote computer is a laptop.

I thought this issue might have something to do with wireless keyboard. In the laptop (OS: Win 10 pro), I have 2013 AutoCAD; everything seems fine, no lag.

Before rolled over from Win 7 to Win 10, 2015 AutocAD is good to work with wireless keyboard.

My coworkers were experiencing this but I couldn't figure out why, at first.  Turns out I use dynamic input and they use the command line.  If the command line is off, the problem does not occur.
