Hi,
I took a look at your .dwg
You have used a lot of different types of objects. There are Solids, Meshes, Regions, Surfaces, and 3Dpolylines in your drawing. All representing 3D objects.
For your original question I could not union the different walls because they are regions placed together.
I took one of those regions and turned it into a 3DSOLID by exploding it and extruding the contour.
You would still need to subtract the windows and the door opening, but it is a start.
In general it is better to start drawing directly from 3D objects instead of trying to put 2D objects together and then later sculpting them into 3D objects.
In attachment you can find your original .dwg with the basic 3Dsolid I made from the top region.
To create the 'holes' for the windows and doors you can just draw closed 2Dpolylines and use _presspull or _extrude to _subtract the shapes from the solid.
I hope this helps you somewhat.
