I deleted all the *.fas, and *.lsp files as suggested on another post, and reinstalled Express tools again, but the Superhatch command still does not work

Hi,
>> I deleted all the *.fas, and *.lsp files
In all folders of AutoCAD? Or which files did you delete?
BTW: deleting program files instead of uninstalling results in defect installations, especially not just one specific file that will be exchanged maybe, writing "deleted all FAS and LISP files" sounds critical for me.
I would run a repair-installation of AutoCAD (which version do you have), then try ExpressTools and let us know, if it's working then.

Hi,
>> I ahave attched the screenshot error
You have not only deleted the files from your program folder, but also from your installation media ... worse than I though above, sorry.
You need to
- download the installation package from Autodesk (https://manage.autodesk.com) ==> download the installation file(s) using "Browser Download".
- Then erase the folder C:\Autodesk\AutoCAD_2016_English_Win_64bit_dlm
- Then uninstall AutoCAD from your system
- Then start the downloaded file with right-click ==> start as administrator and install AutoCAD again (don't forget to check the installation of the ExpressTools
