Scale from window option

How to properly scale the drawing from window option of page setup?

PageSetup only changes the Layout tab parameters such as sheet size but does not scale the drawing nor the Viewports in the Layout.

@Anonymoushello, if you are trying to scale your drawing in paperspace you can try this, in the command promp type MSPACE > zoom > 1/100xp (100 is your drawing scale (1/ xp is default). if you want to check your drawing scale if correct, just type VPSCALE > pick your viewport. thanks

With a Viewport outline selected/highlighted, go into the Properties palette and set the intended scale for that Viewport in the "Standard scale" slot.

As I understand you want to plot from model space with window option from plot area. Then you should draw frame around the object with desired size and snap to that frame when window mode is activated. and frame size will be according paper on what you are trying to plot and with what scale. for example you want to plot 1:100 on A4, then frame size will be 297x210 rectangle scaled 100x. but be honest its better to plot from paperspace and scale from there as experienced users advise in upper comments :cara_con_una_leve_sonrisa:
