Hello @davidmotzen,
Sorry to hear that you received that error. I would suggest checking your graphics card. Please make sure that your graphics card can handle what Autocad is throwing at it. I would also check your drivers and make sure that you have installed and are running the latest driver for your graphics card. It could also be a corrupt file. If that happens you will want to AUDIT and RECOVER the drawing file. Another option would be to uninstall and reinstall the .NET framework. A link on how to do that step is provided below.

Hi,
This kind of error may cause by many reasons, but you can try one of the follow :
- try to launch your autocad as administrator from new windows account .
- Disable Antivirus & Firewall for a while and see if any changes.
- it's recommend to clean your Temp folder ( C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\Temp )
- reset autocad to default settings . >> Click <<
