You will have to UNCHECK "Use Bigfont" before you can change the font for this style. Be warned though - a BIGFONT uses special characters and these will either disappear or change to a question mark (?). It would be best to get a copy of the font used.

This works, but to actually see the change I had to select the text, right click and go to "MTEXT_EDIT" and then select the style I choose.
Idk why I have to go to MText edit and select the text style from there to see the change, but this process sounds correct right?

HI @Anonymous,
Unlike Dtext, Mtext allows style overrides which might be causing this issue. Is it possible to attach a sample file along with the old font? I am happy to see if there is anything that can be done to speed up this font conversion process for you.
Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.

HI @Anonymous,
Have you worked through the issue of switching the fonts? If not, I am still happy to take a look at your drawing if you can provide it to me.
